Question about 1999 GMC Yukon

1999 GMC Yukon Rear Circuit Bulb Board...

Blinkers went first... now brake lights! I know I need a circuit board mentioned in an earlier post, but the parts have been on back order with GMC since May?!?! My worst fear is coming true with the downfall of GM... no part suppliers left? Ok, where can I find this part? Pep Boys? Auto Zone? I'm afraid I will get a ticket in this **** place I live in. Please help!

Call a salvage yard in your area. They usually warranty there parts for 30 days and these sort of things are usually in great condition.

Is there an adjustment for the stop light switch on a 99 GMC Yukon. I have replace it and my brake lights still do not work. Park lights work fine.

There is no adjustment. The park lights are on a different circuit than the brake lights.
Do you have a third brake light that works. Its also on a different circuit but works from the same switch. Do your turn signals work. They use the same filament as the brake lights.
Also, the brake light circuit goes through the multi function (turn signal) switch.

Since the brake lights and turn signal lights use the same filament in the bulbs, the brake light circuit will pass through the turn signal switch. When a turn signal is used it cancels out the brake light for that side.

Let me know if your third brake light and turn signals work in the rear.
Also, if youy have not already, check/change the bulbs. The type of sockets those lights are in also get burned so look at them well.

99 yukon denali drivers side turn signal in rear tail light not working, i replaced bulb and still nothing, I looked at the connections and wires and found nothing, front turn signal blinks fast, passenger...

The circuit board needs to be replaced. Which is the board that the bulbs sit in. If you remove the turn signal bulb. You will notice the bulb socket will be slightly burnt inside. I had the same problem with my 99 Denali and replaced the circuit board for $35.00. Now everything is fine.

I have a 99 gmc yukon my break lights stop working i changed the break switch checked the fuses and bulbs

These have the circuit board which the bulbs plug into. Very common problem for the circuit board to burn up interally and cause the brake bulbs to not work.

My 1998 GMC Sierra rear blinkers and brake lights keep malfunctioning When I take the lens apart they will start working if I move them around but does not last. Sounds like a problem with the board, or is...

Yes, you have a bulb socket board issue. From the body styke change in 1988 to 1998, GM trucks have issues with the tail lamp circuit boards going out. Replaced those boards and you will fix the problem.
