Question about 2007 GMC Sierra 1500
Went out to start truck but will not start. It will not turn over. Power windows and locks do not work. Headlights only work on low beam. The signal lights wont work nor the 4way flashers or brake lights and also the gauges do not work. Have cleaned battery cables, checked fuses, battery is ok. the engine turns over when I cross the solenoid switch. fuel pump starts.

have you checked out your fuel filter? I had my 2003 denali do the same type of problem and it turned out to be a very dirty fuel filter.

This may sound too simple, but first verify that you are getting voltage to the light socket. Use meter on d.c. If you are getting voltage, and your bulb is good, it could be a bad ground. Don't overlook the brake light system goes through the directional signal in the steering column.
