What fuse is fuel pump fuse on Mazda B2500 1999 truck?

I can't find a diagram online that is large enough to read and mine is missing.

you may need to run a wire from a keyed ignition source that has power while cranking and running to the fuel pump relay and bypass the pcm to test wether it will run, if it runs put a more permanent wire in place.Not too sure what tests youve done but it seems that fuel is what your focusing on so a quick test is too spray engine start up the intake tube to see if the engine trys to run if it does it eliminates a lot of other potential reasons for a no start condition.Also try squeezing the fuel return line to see if the added pressure will try to make engine run.Could be time to replace fuel pump etc anyway let me know how it goes good luck with it

I believe you can go to autozone.com and get a diagram of your fusebox. To find out if the pump is working you can lay under the truck and place your ear against the tank while having someone else turn the key to the point just before it engages the starter. You should be able to here the pump humming. If it doesnt, the pump or fuse is probably bad.

the wire your looking for is pink with black stripe. remove left tail light check the terminal at the connecter for corrosion.

I recently replaced the fuel pump in my 1999 Miata. The way mine acted was it died as if it ran out of fuel and didn't even start up after that, just got a few combustions when trying a couple times then nothing at all. It still could be your fuel pump though. They go bad between 130k and 160k miles usually. Some just get weak so they pump fuel but not at high enough pressure. If that's the situation with yours you could do a flow check and see no problem while there still is one. You need 80-90 psi so if you can borrow a fuel pressure guage that would be a good place to start. If your mileage is anywhere near 130k then just replace it anyway because you'll need to soon enough. A while back one of the coil packs went bad and my engine would only run on 2 cylinders and then only when hot. Since there are 2 coil packs and they don't go bad exactly at the same time, your symptom is most likely not related to that. Check the main fuse.
Mine went bad a few months ago. It didn't blow but the inside of it kinda fell apart. I knew right away what it was when it failed because I was driving along and the engine sputtered, the radio cut on and off, all the lights flickered. If it's bad you'll lose all power to lights, radio, etc.
The main fuse is cheap and easy to replace so I'd recommend replacement anyway for peace of mind even if it's still ok.
Also there are other fuses for fuel injection and such that could be flaky or bad. Can't think of anything else. I'd suggest getting a spark tester so you can confirm or rule that out. Can't comment on the camshaft sensor, never had an issue with mine.
Oh, and as for fuel pump prices, my local Mazda dealer wanted almost $600 for one. I found many for around $100 on the interneet but ended up buying one from Rock Auto for about $32 with a one year warranty. So far it works just as well as the original. No loss in power or reliability at all. It's pretty easy to replace in Miatas compared to most other cars. Hope that helps. Good luck.

In the underhood fuse/relay center, there is a red wire identified as the fuel pump prime connector on the fuel pump relay. That may be what you are looking for

Fuel pump on a 1999 gmc 3500 savanna van not turning on


The fuel pump relay is under the hood right next to the fuel pump fuse, both are clearly marked. The under-hood fuse and relay center is on the drivers side it is a large black plastic box. I think you will find that you need a new pump and a new fuel pump connector at the fuel tank. Have a trained technician confirm this before replacing any parts, the fuel pump is very expensive.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. When you first turn the key, you should be able to hear the fuel pump kick on. You should hear a buzzing sound for a second or two. It may be the fuel pump, clogged filter, bad injectors, fuel pump fuse, relay, or reset, if equipped. It could be in the ignitions. Let me know if the pump is kicking on and we will take it from there. If it is not, check to see if it is the fuel pump fuse or relay. I am not sure which ones you have. It should be marked in the fuse box though.
