Question about 1999 Daewoo Nubira
Check your battery to se if it is fully charged, if it is then try putting your gear selector in neutral sometimes the neutral safty switch will act up if your gear selector is not working that switch properly, and lastly remove the starter and have it bench tested but make sure to disconnect the battery negative cable prior to starter removal good luck
