Best not to fool with a pressurized anything unless you're trained. Compressors and the unwary are a bad mix.
You haven't said whether you've purged the system before trying to fire it up, which is a good indicator that you need a pro.

The horn on my car was unhooked before i got it and i dont know how to hook it back up

You'll probably have to do some internet research to get the wiring diagram, or buy a book to be able to trace the wires to and from the horn relay.

Horn no blow

check for blowed fuse or bad relay, you can hook test light to see if horn getting power when you press horn pad if fuse and relay okay, remove horn and hot wire it if it blows, more likely horn pad with airbag in steering wheel bad,if horn pad bad you have to replace whole airbag with with horn pad as a unit.if horn dont blow when hot wired then horn it self is bad.

How to hook up horn to a button for 1990 Chevy pickup.

First of all, there is no wire that runs from the horn to the steering column (if the horn circuits had been properly diagnosed you would know this). I would recommend diagnosing and repairing the horn circuit the correct way rather than butchering your wiring harnesses and adding more problems to the electrical problems that you are already experiencing.

If you would like help with diagnosing and repairing your truck's horn circuit, I would be happy to help you do that.

I want to put a train horn in my ford taurus. can i hook it up straight to the horn relay? if so how do i do this

Yes, you should be able to hook it up right to the horn relay, but the problem there is that the wiring harnesses are 'bundled' and have a certain type of connector on them. You would have to cut the wires from the harness and do alot of splicing. Also, you may want to consider, if you live in a state that has inspection, altering your horn is illegal, and an altered horn will not pass inspection.......

The horn doesn't work about how much to get fix but all the fuses and relays are great

Find the horn(s). They are usually on the front of the radiator support mounted down low so lots of salt, water and dirt can get in them. Remove them. Hook them up to the battery with a couple of jumper wires. One wire should go from the positive battery post to the small insulated terminal on the horn. The other wire needs to go from the horn body to the negative battery post. If the horn works at all it will beep when the wire is hooked up, If it doesn't, replace the horn. You can get new ones from an auto parts store or used ones from a junkyard.
