Hey my 1998 Toyota Camry cranks over but wont start? What do you think it could be?

For engine to run you need compression, air, fuel, and spark. One of those areas is letting you down.

No 12 volts to coil toyota rav4

Hi,
Did you verify if it has a main fuse for the ignition?...Link attached shows the fuses listed in the Owner's Manual and there's a IGNITION fuse that may be suspect...or some other 'main EGI/ECU' type fuse.

Suddenly refuses to start, first time since i got it,plenty of fuel, good spark from plugs, fuses all ok,turns over perfectly but wont fire

Crank it long lets say 10 seconds remove one plug if is dry, no fuel! now inspect EFI fuse OK, then SWAP EFI relay for other that look the same like horn relay, unable to do that let somebody else crank the vehicle and put you finger on the relay clicks EFI system ok.

Spark plug dry (continue) while somebody cranck the car put a long screw driver in the injectors and the other end close to your ear, did you listen the ticki noise from the injectors No? probably no crank sensor signal.

Spark plug is wet, but the spark wont ignite that fuel. bad fuel ! or bad timing.

All this easy test are done asuming you dont have profecional tool like stetoscope, scanner, etc

Where is located the fuel pump relay for a rav4 2007?

The relay is the ECM relay and it's in the fuse relay center under the hood near the battery. there is an EFI fuse alson and then theirs two more fuses after the relay ones fuel pump the other ECM. If the check engine light doesn't come on with the key the relay or the ECM fuse is blown if only the fuel pump does'nt work then the fuel pump fuse is blown or the fuel pump is bad.

It sound like you have a bad relay. Its getting hot and has to cool before your car starts. Its probably the EFI main relay. For a guide on checking the relay CLICK HERE

My efi relay is clicking only when there is no key in the ignition. I even replaced the relay but it still clicks. What is wrong with my car?

try to direct a wire to efi main relay to pin 1, direct to battery, does it on continue? if continous on, your ignition switch is the problem

2000 Toyota RAV4 has spark but will not start. Tried spraying starting fluid down air intake but it won't even give me so much as a putter. It doesn't have any alarms or security features.

Check your fuel pump.

The pump should make a sound when you turn ignition switch to the ON position. If not check "IGN" fuse and then "EFI" fuse located in the engine compartment fuse center.

Then also check the "EFI main relay"

Finally check the "circuit opening relay" which is activated if the vehicle is in a crash to shut off the fuel.

Where is the fuel pump relay located?

The Fuel pump relay is part of the EFI main relay and can not be replaced separately. The EFI main relay is located behind the dash, left of the steering wheel.
