Question about 1996 Chevrolet Blazer
If you're going to be maintaining this vehicle, you should consider joining a group of people with the same vehicle. There, you can ask questions and get replies from many different people that may have had the same problem before. One such forum is linked below. I found a user in the "blazer forum" (http://blazerforum.com) talking about his issues with the fuel pump in his '96 Blazer:
"..the fuel pump FUSE is the ECM BATT fuse which is #9 in the fuse box on the driver side (accessible when driver door is open). The fuel pump RELAY is in the glove box (there are 3) and it is the one on the left, closest to the driver side. The relay on the right, closest to the passenger door, is for the horn."

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
