SOURCE: i have a 2000 dodge caravan, no heat

Sounds like the air "blend" door might be inoperable. This door opens and closes a specified amount to regulate the amount of either cooled or heated air, as requested by the climate control unit. If the door is continually in the position which is bypassing the heater core (cold setting), the air will not get warm regardless of the condition/operation of the heater core. I'd suggest having this component checked.

SOURCE: 2003 dodge durango #4 fuse keeps blowing,

OK there is a short in your car
take all the light bulbs out of the light that trigger the problem this break the current place one bulb in at a time checking that the fuse has not blown this will pin point where the problem is
once you find the problem you can replace the socket as it may have started to corrode check for water
once you replace the socket you should not have a problem
if you do let me know

My 1999 caravan is blowing cold air

Check the water Coolant level in the coolant reservoir and also remove the radiator cap, which tends not to be on the radiator any more and check it is full. Also burp the system by removing air licks buy sqeezing the radiator hoses when the system is hot. Remove the radiator cap before you do this. You also need to check the thermostat for correct operation as it might be stuck closed. Remove it, put it in a pot of warm water put it on the stove and you should see it open before it comes to a simmer.

What would cause the ignition fuse to blow out

I had the same problem. It's the ignition cylinder where you put your key in. The switch for the start position is shorting out, in some cases when you move from park to reverse and then through neutral to drive the starter will engage and grind on the flywheel while the engine is running. I would deem this an urgent problem and the repair should be around $60-$120 depending on the shop you go to.

Parking light nightmare1987 dodge dakota

Your problem could be Rust in rear lights causing bad earth or shorting in parking lights or rear lights as plug shorting so.....unplug rear lights from plug to rear lights inc No plate light, switch on if still blows unplug both parking lights ....then OK so problem in f/p/lights,,connect up Left hand side ,,,still ok then problem in R/H/Parking light ,,,but dont forget when finnished to put them all back, and numberplate light as well (they are the most troublesome light)

1998 dodge neon ignition feed fuse in the car keeps blowing

Are you using the same power feed from the old radio? If so, your new radio may require a higher current fuse. Check the manufacturers information the came with the custom radio and make certain the current (amps) required is the same.
If the new radio has a higher power amplifier for increased audio, it will blow a low rated fuse.
On the other hand, it sounds as though you may have pinched the power feed wire in the radio bracket, trim cover or have it resting agaist a sharp bracket. So when you put the car in drive, the dash flexes enough to cause the short.
Does it blow the fuse when you shift to reverse?
let me know.
Regards,

I have a 1998 chevy blazer (s-10) 4.3L 4x4 it keeps blowing the #15 (10amp) 4wd fuse, if you put a 10 amp fuse in it will blow the minute you turn it on ,then we put a 15 amp in it seems to do it when you...

check transfer case electrical switch, sometime if it bad it will also blow the fuse. don't recommend you put any higher fuse than recommend, If the fuse blow there is a short some where and by putting higher amp fuse you might short or burn something else beside the fuse. if that check out than check your transfer case motor, might lock up and not allowing the motor to turn instead it short the fuse. don't drive the car, just leave it in park, put correct fuse amp back in and unplug transfer case electric switch and turn the key on (dont start the car) and see if the fuse blow; if not plug it back in and see if it blow the fuse. if that is not the case, unplug transfer case wire, and do the same and see if it blow the fuse.

DASH AND TAIL LIGHS DONT WORK

Check and see if you have trailer wiring on your truck. If so you do it may have a wire that is rubbed though the isulation and grounding on the body and shorting the circuit blowing the fuse. High resistance in a circuit is what blows fuses.
