Question about Buick Century
If the problem is the needle on the gauge is stuck below empty, take a magnet, hold it above the needle and rotate it around the gauge. Most likely counter-clockwise. It should work fine then. No need to take the dash apart.

The fuel filter is located underneath the car in front of the gas tank.
You have release the fuel pressure. Remove the fuel filler cap, locate the fuel test port on the fuel rail on the passenger side on the end of the right real fuel rail for a 3.1L engine.
3.8L engine yhr test port is located at the pressure regulator under the trim cover.

Find fuel lines, there should be a threaded port on the intake line. Push in with a drill bit, key, or some kind of thin metal to release pressure. Basically gas will just spray out. When I worked in the shop, I never released pressure, I just unhooked a line near the tank and let it drain for 15 seconds. To prime, turn the key into run position leave it there for 5 second, then switch it off again. Do that 4 or 6 times and it should almost fire right away again.

There are wires in the trunk on the driver's side under the carpet up high on the wheel area. There is a coupling that I forgot that I had disconnected and could not start my son's 1994 Buick Century. I reconnected it and the car started right up. I disconnected it because I thought I had to in order to remove the tail light lens in order to replace the tail light lens. I totally forgot I had disconnected those wires.
If your son's wires are broken that connect to that coupling, that could be the problem. These wires control the fuel pump.

SOURCE: How to install antenna on
jack it up and take the tire off, look around the edges and i think you will see that there is a thick hard plastic fender liner which comes out after removing a whole bunch of snaps. so then you can see the base of the antenna. the real problem however is threading the wire from the new antenna inside and around all that stuff to the back of the radio. if you do not have a passenger side airbag will be a bit easier.
