This can be done by a wheel alignment. IF it has a strut that is mounted in the inner guard and held in by 3 /4 bolts then these bolts are eccentric a by turning the top one hole set at a time will alter the castor and the camber.. If you do not have that suspension then the wheel aligner mechanic will be able to do it for the cost of a wheel alignment.

They should be hydraulic tappets and are self adjusting. If you have a noise check the wear of the rocker bushes and rocker shaft.

How to change camber

No, you don't need 15 degrees of negative camber. Most typical specs for camber on the front of a car are between 0.0' and ~ -2.5'.
Note: Cars with -2.0+ degrees of negative camber are usually performance cars like Porsches, Ferrari's, Mercedes AMG models, and so forth.

I own 2009 Impala and just replaced tires at 30,000 miles. I did rotate tires but still had wear on front tires. I had a front end alignment the last time and they told me the camber was off because I must...

Well, the camber which is the vertical angle of the tires or wheels as the car is viewed directly from the front, is adjustable on these cars' struts.

So, if the alignment technician performs a front wheel or even a 4 wheel alignment (which is better), then the front angles should be adjusted so that tire wear doesn't occur on the left or right side of the tire as viewed from the front.

I would continue to rotate tires every 5,000 mi. or so, and have the alignment checked at a place like Sears or your local tire shop to ensure that your alignment is good, and not out of specifications.

Negative rear right camber

If you bought this vehicle second hand then you need to get your vehicle checked for crash damage. Your insurer can do a check on a vehicle register for a small cost, but that is only if the vehicle was damaged AND repaired/written off via an insurer. this does not guarantee that the vehicle has never been in an accident, you need to look underneath to see if there are any kinks, tears or ripples that don't look quite right. But I would advise taking to a professional repair shop for a good look over.
If the bolt has been replaced, and the readings are correct, then you should be safe enough, just drive steady. But if you are suspect of this vehicle get it checked .
