Thank you for the answers, they did not solve the problem. I can add that locking the doors only works a few times, then nothing happends, but if I remove the fuse and put it back again, the same fuse, then I can lock the doors again a few times! The connection to the hatchmotor was disconnected when I bought the car,so I connected it,but the result is that the fuse blow,so I disconnected it again, but I don't think it has anything to do with the mentioned problem. Is it posible that a new module can solve the problem ?

You have a bad wire most likely. it is possible that a new one will fix it but not most likely, check for a loose wire in the doors that is your best bet.

My MB ML350 stick key (metal key) wont unlock the door. The key goes in, it turns but the lock will not open.

Check the door lock fuse in the fuse panel... try the key on another door... may just be that the manual lk is malfunctioning on that door... if the other doors don't respond and the fuse is good then the key probably needs to be reprogrammed by the dealer to the door... happens when your battery dies or is replaced.

Door lock problem ..can open but can't lock

If it's only the drive's side door that's doing it, it's for safety purposes so you don't lock your keys in the car. close the door and use your remote to lock or your keys if you don't have your remote. If you already knew this then the lock switch may be faulty.

lock with key, electric door lock button,or remote and alarm will set. to disarm you have to use the key or remote to open it.the reason it woulnt disarm from drivers door is either the door lock cylinder switch is broken or the wire to it in the rubber boot that connects the door and the body is broken.
the remotes are cheap and programing is easy, procedure in owners manuel something like lock drive door with elkect. lock switch with door open then push and hold unlock untill doors unlock then turn key off.you may have to fix that drive door lock cyl.switch first though mabee not dont know for sure
