Question about Jeep Cherokee
I have a 2000. First check the bulb. Remove the entire assembly. Replace the bulb.
However, I had trouble with back lights and tried everything .including a new directional switch... I finally fixed both rear lights.
Chrysler in their infinite wisdom used one flasher assembly to control everything. Its to the left of the steering column, way up under the wiper area. I tried to replace it myself but getting to it is a b---h. I finally resigned myself to having Chrysler do it.

SOURCE: 04 Jeep Power Windows
THIS REALLY WORKS****** Saved atleast $600 easy
Ok so when you open your driver door there is a black boot that goes from the body of Jeep to the door (inside the Jam when you open door-its visable) Take this loose...inside there is a wire bundle...there was a black and orange wire in there that were both broken....All we did was strip these and reconnect them w/ connector....Voila..windows all roll up and down..interior lights come on and the locks work and the power mirrors....I AM SO HAPPY THAT THIS WORKED SAVED ME SO MUCH $$$$

there should be a small valve attached to a hose coming from the engine into the firewall this valve directs the hot engine coolant into the heater radiator in the heater box it probably is closed open it and, you should have heat then: it should be easy to find the reason it was closed
