You may have a vacuum leak at the intake or the idle air control valve is not working.

Could be a dirty throttle body, or a stuck idle air control valve.

Car wont stay on without foot on gas

Suspect idle air control valve. Also clean the throttle body. If its gummed up dirty it will restrict air.

I have the same problem

sounds like the iac motor. Also, if you unplug the iac motor, it should idle at about 500 rpm's. check for vacuum leaks also.

Wont hold idle will start with foot depressing gas pedal will run with foot on gas but stalls when foot removed

Check and clean Idle air control valve. Make sure its responding to signal as well. Also make sure ther are no vacuum hoses disconnected. This may not be a "cure" but it's a good place to start.
