Question about 2000 Toyota Tundra
On FIXYA I just read of the exact problem I have.( CD will do nothing and radio works fine). is there a usual simple problem or have the brains of the unit been screwed up. Just bought the truck (used) and was loving the great stereo...now this, Can't aford repairs! There were several ideas how to remove the unit...which is correct?
Yes this problem is common and faced by most owners. The only way to bring it back to working state is rebooting the car by disconnecting the negative terminal of your battery.
Note: Most of the cases the owners do agree of having few cd's stuck inside. If its a similar case with you then you would need to show it to a service guy.
