Question about 2005 Volkswagen Jetta
I bought this car about a month ago with 55,000 miles and immediately it started having problems. The Check engine light or exhaust light came on with the EPC light. During that time the car would stall-out at stop lights or when I wasn't giving it a lot of gas. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the throttle body, whatever that is. Got the car back and went for a trip only to find the EPC light coming back on along with the traction control light. The car hasn't stalled, but it has lost power, only gaining about thrity mph up hills. I fear the dealer is incompetent. Any suggestions or solutions?
Need to recalibrate the throttlebody

I had this same exact problem a few months ago. My mechanic replaced the Crank Speed Sensor, reset my codes - and all was good again. Cost less than $100.
