Engine management and transmission lights come on

ford fiesta 2006 1.25 climate model.when driving the tranmission light come on then the engine management had a test the sensor in the engine and i had a new throttle pedal fitted but the lights still come on and showing the same fault this have been going on for 6 weeks now what can i do.
