have you checked the coolant level? chevys are bad for the heater not blowing hot air when they are low

wide open hung thermostat can cause this too...continual circulation never allows the water to get hot enough to warm the heater core

- you might have a wide open thermostat which will cause the water to not heat up enough to send hot water to the heater core.

You need to check your coolant level first. If it is low you have a coolant leak. No hot coolant=No heat
