2002 Suburban: is changing a fuel pump on a 02 suburban something...

It can be done, but if you are a beginner and not alot of tools, and a jack and jackstands, I would say no. The tank is rather big, and with gas in it, it's a bit rough to remove. You might seek out a helper with some mechanic experience.

I would like to remove the rear bumper of my 2002 Chevy Suburban

It's not hard with exsepton to the condition of the bolts, the easiest way is remove the bumper with brackets and bumper together. I would get new bolts for replacement.

2002 Suburban ABS System Brake Light

I have had this same problem on two difference vehicles both of which are suburbans.

The solution is simple.
Remove the engine cover.
Locate a small ground wire that is bolted to the top rear of the engine block on the passenger side.
Remove the bolt, clean surfaces and replace.

This should solve your problem.

I know it seems too easy but it works.
