Sounds to me that you probably have a cv boot torn that may have damage your halfshaft .it should make that noise when driving forward and making a wide turn.pay close attention which side your turning when that noise happends.

No sound from radio. When the power is turned on I hear a thumping noise from the speakers. What might be the problem? My car is a 2007 Lexus Es 350.

The thumbing noise is an out put if you hear it over the speakers.
So that means the problem is with a CD or cessette player that you must have that will not pop back to the raido mode

I have a popping sound coming from my right back interior

Need more information than that. Could be a loose shock. When do you hear it most? When do you hear it least? Does it sound like a rattle or deeper thud? Could even be the exhaust hanging loose. You say interior but I'm guessing right rear. Is it braking ok?

This could be three things:
1. slop in your steering column.

Definitely the sway bar links. New links are extremely stiff at the balljoint. Old ones appear OK until you compare them to new ones.

Popping noise

Inner tie rods could make the same noise your describing. Do this......with your car in park and at idle, slightly turn you wheel from left to right, just a slight ****. 1/16 of a turn. Increase the pace from left to right, then slow down the pace. You should feel a bump in the steering wheel almost like something is tapping it. If so, have your inner and outer tie rods checked. Actually, have the steering gear checked also for leaks and wear.

Popping Noise ?

Does it sound like a speed induced continuous clicking, like (click, click, click, click, click) while turning and stop when you straighten your turn?
If so, this sounds like a bad CV (constant velocity) joint. These are the axles that move the car, they come from your transmission and turn the wheels. Your car is front wheel drive.
If this is not your symptom, please respond.
