Question about 1995 Mazda Protege
All the doors are closed and door ajar light stays on. The dash clock, radio, and dome lights do not come on at all.

I could not find this switch either, It is actually located in the door latch on the door jam. Switch is somewhere inside. Took my truck to mazda dealer and had it replaced. Anoying problem.

Make sure you don't have the curtsy light on and if thats off then you need to find the door switch thats not closing they are located in the door panel.

There is a grounding problem with your door switches. You will have to have it traced to find the exact cause. In the meantime you can try pulling the door plunger switches on each door jam. Check for corrosion, clean and reinstall.
