Does it have fuel ? Can you get a good pressure reading from the fuel rail ? Have you tried to spray starting fluid in thru the air filter location and start it that way ? When was it last running ?

Hearing the fuel pump still doesn't verify it has fuel pressure.
Could be the coil is shot. Can you verify 'spark' ?
Lets go thru the very basics first. I will try to run you thru the tests. Fuel pressure - you need the correct gauge attached to the fuel rail. For spark you can get by - by pulling one plug and holding it by the plug wire boot (put it back in the boot for this part), and then ground it to a head bolt, and have someone turn the motor over while you verify for a strong, blue spark. Yellow or red indicates a bad coil or part in the ignitio system.

I have a 1990 mustang 5.0 GT that don't not want start. I have fuel pressure and I have spark. The car has been sitting for one year now, I can't get it to start, acting like its out of time

Try starting fluid. Gas is probably bad and needs to be drained. The engine will fire or run briefly with starting fluid verifying a fuel problem.

1990mustang gt dies while driving and won't turn back on

As with any no start issue, you will have to figure out if you are loosing fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs to proceed.
Common problems with Ford products is the ignition module and the fuel pump relay.

2001 Mustang GT. Motor shut down on quick acceleration. Won't restart. Traction control light lights up "Off" Making clicking noise. Doesn't reset when ignition switched off or battery...

Hello and welcome to FixYa!

You may just have system failure. As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for at least 5mins. before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get your vehicle back to it's normal operation.

This thing really happens and reconnecting the positive battery connector serves like a jumpstart to the vehicle's PCM (powertrain control module).

Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
