2000 grand Cherokee 4.7 overheats it has new motor, new radiator, new water pump, new thermostat, new electric fan, new clutch fan, what should I replace next?

If this has not been done.It needs to be.
Get the cooling system pressure tested. All that is done is a pump gets fitted to the radiator cap position. It gets pumped up like a pushbike pump and it has a pressure gauge on it.It is pumped up.Let to sit and the gauge is monitored. If the pressure drops it indicates a leakage in the system.Hoses, radiator or even a head gasket. It is a very easy test to be done and it should be very cheap. The other thing is the engine block may have a blockage. After all you have replaced and fixed, there is not much left to do.Get the pressure test 1st.
Is the temp gauge reading hot or is the motor actually boiling?(temp sender unit?)
Hope this helps

You will have to screw out the grille and unbolt the radiator support and fan shroud from your jeep in order to raise out and remove the old radiator and lower in the new one into your Grand Cherokee.

Engine overheats when idling. Top of radiator exploded! Now I must replace radiator. Did bad thermostat cause this, or was the culprit a bad radiator fan relay?

It could be either.Replace the thermostat anyway for good measure (it's cheap). And have the fan and relay tested.I't a very easy quick test that any honest, capable machanic can do

2003 jeep grand cherokee radiator fan doesn't turn on

Disconnect the fan plug and hot wire it to the battery if the fan dosen't run, replace it. Otherwise, check the relay. The system operates by the temp sender sending a signal to the computer that activates the relay that turns the fan on. Fan should also come on with A/C.

How to Replace Thermostat

Drain the cooling system down a little bit. Remove the upper radiator hose and heater hose from the thermostat housing. Remove the two bolts holding the housing to the head. Remove the thermostat and clean off the old gasket. Install the new thermostat and gasket and reassemble. Top off the cooling system. Run the engine and check for leaks.
