I did that. Took it to a toyota dealer and they looked at it and said nothing was wrong. It worked fine for 2 months and started all over again. This is very frustrating and the car is unreliable

When driving the engine will quit and needs to be jump started. Had battery and alternator checked at Auto Zone and battery is good and alternator is charging. Dealer says the car needs a computor module

Thanks, i will take it to another shop

You need to get an opinion from another repair shop. Look for one that is ASA certified.

I really don't understand your second sentence very well. you say "soon engine quiets Alternator and battery are good and dealer says a new computer module is needed at high cost" I don't follow what you mean. I would like to help, but i'm not sure exactly what the problem is.

It sounds like the charging system. Autozone can't do a complete test on an alternator. I personally know that. At least the one in our area. When I test an alternator, I check for max. amp output, that's what you need to know. It should be over 100 amps easily. You can have proper voltage and not have recommended amps.

What would cause, while I was driving, the service soon light to come on and my digital dash stopped working the heater stopped working, and the signal lights. hardly flashed.

Possible charging system problem causing low voltage. Have the charging system/alternator tested for proper operation..If charging system operating properly, possible ignition switch getting bad. You can gently rock the key back and forth with the vehicle running to see if everything begins working again. If so, the ignition switch needs replacement

Infinity 2004 G 35 overheats when I use the air conditioner. On a hot day I have to blast the heat to cool down the engine. My service engine soon light came on the other day too.

Its low on water or it has a partial blockage in the cooling system.
I'd maybe take to a local repair mechanic and have him look at it?

Service Vehicle Soon Light comes on and sometimes stays on in my 2001 Oldsmobile Alero. Heater fan and rear defroster doesn't initially work and later works. It is a 2.4 Liter, 4 cylinder engine. Manual...

I think you have multiple issues - don't think they are all related.
Have the engine codes scanned and find out what is causing the check engine light to come on first.

My 2000 nissan sentra's air bag light stayed on for over 10 min.

A new battery is not a solution, have the old one charged first and then test it, more than likely the charging system for the battery is the likely cause. Have the charging system tested, it should have at least 13.2 Volts DC at 1000RPM with the headlights on high beam and AC/Heater blower motor set to high speed.

2002 pontiac grand am service vehicle soon light

Take your car to Kragen or a parts store like it and have the system tested for codes, also ask them to test your charging system for low voltage, all this is free.
