Sorry no idea iam not a bodywork man but couldnt you repair it with a tub of fibre glass ? Maybe try a scrapyard ?

REMOVAL

1. Remove the watershield. (Refer to 23 - BODY/DOOR - FRONT/WATERSHIELD - REMOVAL)

2. Remove door glass retaining clips and secure the window in the up position using masking tape or equivalent(FRONT DOOR GLASS CLIPS).

3. Disconnect wire connector from power window motor, if equipped.

4. Loosen screws attaching front and rear window guide rails to inner door panel (FRONT DOOR MANUAL WINDOW REGULATOR - TYPICAL).

5. Remove screw heads on guide rails from key hole slots in inner door panel.

6. Loosen screws attaching regulator to inner door panel.

7. Remove regulator from inner door panel.

8. Extract rear guide rail through inner door panel rear access hole (FRONT DOOR POWER WINDOW - TYPICAL).

9. Extract front guide rail through front access hole.

INSTALLATION

1. Insert front guide rail through front access hole.

2. Insert rear guide rail through rear access hole.

3. Place window regulator in position on inner door panel.

4. Place screw heads on guide rails in position through key hole slots in inner door panel.

5. Tighten screws to attach front and rear guide rails to inner door panel.

6. Connect wire connector into power window motor, if equipped.

7. Install door glass.

8. Verify door glass alignment and operation.

9. Install sound shield and door trim panel

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Bumper and Bumper Cover Front
Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
   

1. Remove the RH and LH front wheel (1007).
   

1. Remove the RH and LH front fender splash shield screws. Remove the RH and LH front fender splash shields (16102).

1. Remove the two front fender brace nuts.
   

1. Remove the two plastic screws.
   

1. Remove the seven clip buttons located under the front bumper cover (17D957).
   
   
   
   
   

1. Remove the RH and LH front turn signal lamps (13369). Refer to Section 17-01 for the removal procedure.
   

1. Remove the four front bumper cover brace bolts.
   
   
   
   
   

1. Remove the front bumper cover from the vehicle.
   
   
   
   
   

1. Remove the two front turn signal lamp wire harnesses from the front bumper (17757).
   
   
   
   
2. Remove the eight front bumper bolts.

1. Remove the front bumper from the vehicle.

Under the fron wheel arches remove the retaining screws that attach the splash shields to the bumper, Also remove the 2 screws under there that secure the bumper to the corner of the car panel. Remove the grill and supporting clips that attach the bar to the reo {reonforcement} underneath, remove the screws securing the stone shield panels to the bottom of the bar. If you have flood or spot lights, ensure their mountings are free from attaching between the plastic cover and the reo. The cover should pry away with very little force if any. Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
1. Remove the LH and RH rear combination lamps.
2. Remove both the rear wheels and tires.
3. Remove the LH and RH splash shields.
4. Remove the rear bumper fascia clips and screws, then remove the rear bumper fascia.
5. Remove the rear energy absorbing foam.
6. Remove the rear bumper reinforcement.
7. Remove the rear bumper supports.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Take the bumper off and use a fibre glass repair kit to repair it.

Or a hot glue gun and some strips of metal will do the trick

Then buy a color match polish and give it some elbow grease

Firstly, you need to remove the rear splash shields from within the rear wheel arches and also the tail lights. Then remove the scrivets from the lover edge of the bar. Next remove the scuff plate at the boot opening and fold the carpet back. There are four nuts which hold the bar on, undo these and then lift the sides of the bar up and pull out. The bar has large clips on the side which hold it in place.

Window Regulator, Front Door, Explorer Removal
WARNING: IF THE REGULATOR COUNTERBALANCE SPRING MUST BE REMOVED OR REPLACED FOR ANY REASON, MAKE SURE THAT THE REGULATOR ARMS ARE IN A FIXED POSITION PRIOR TO REMOVAL TO PREVENT POSSIBLE INJURY DURING C-SPRING UNWIND.

1. Remove front door trim panel and front door trim shield . Refer to Section 01-05B .

1. Remove inside door belt weatherstrip and glass stabilizer.

1. Remove front door window glass as described in this section.

1. Remove two nut and washer assemblies attaching the equalizer bracket.

1. Remove three rivets (manual) or four rivets (power) attaching the regulator base plate to front door trim panel finish panel (23712) .

1. Remove window regulator electric drive and front door window channel bracket from vehicle.

1. Working on a bench, carefully bend tab flat to remove arm slides from front door window channel bracket .

1. Install new window regulator electric drive arm plastic guides into front door window channel bracket and bend tab back to 90 degrees. Use care not to break tab; if tab is cracked or broken, replace front door window channel bracket . Make sure rubber bumper is installed properly on new front door window channel bracket , if replacement is made.
   
   
   
   

Installation
NOTE: The front door window channel bracket and window regulator electric drive are installed into the vehicle as one assembly. The front door window channel bracket may be disassembled from the window regulator electric drive as described in Steps 7 and 8 of Window Regulator, Removal.

1. Install front door trim panel finish panel with preassembled glass bracket into vehicle. Set the regulator base plate to window regulator electric drive using base plate locator tab as a guide.

1. Install three (manual) or four (power) rivets (385189-S100) to attach regulator to front door trim panel finish panel . Two 1/4-20 x 1-inch bolts and two 1/4-20 nut and washer assemblies may be used as alternates for glass retention. However, torque must not exceed 4-7 Nm (3-5 ft-lb). Equivalent metric retainers may be used.
   

1. Install equalizer bracket.

1. Install inside door belt weatherstrip and glass stabilizer.

1. Lower regulator arms to access holes in front door trim panel finish panel . Install front door window glass as outlined.

1. Adjust glass to ensure proper alignment with glass run. Cycle glass for smooth operation.

1. Install front door trim panel and front door trim shield . Refer to Section 01-05B .

Yes, it is very involved. According to the Haynes manual you will have to first remove the radiator cover, the radiator grill, the inner fender splash shield pins (attached to the splash shield and front bumper cover), the front bumper cover, and finally the headlight housing. A DIYer can do this, but I recommend that you spend the $15 and get the Haynes manual because the pictures alone are worth it. Oh, and get a trim panel removal tool as well (cheap).
