There is probably oil in the gas due to worn rings

Hi. here is a list of possible causes.

1. Loose or Damaged Fuel Line or Connector.
2. Leaking Fuel Filter.
3. PUNCTURED or Damaged Fuel Tank.
4. Faulty Canister Purge Valve is Leaking.
5. Dirty or Worn Fuel Injectors.
6. Fuel Line Leaking.
7. Loose, Missing, or Damaged Fuel Cap.
8. Busted exhaust manifold gasket.

Check all the above and, check the entire EVAP system as well. you will find the issue in one or all of the points sated above.

Please disregard the above post. that was a mistake and, it was for another Askers post as well.

Your issue concerns an issue with the cylinders and piston rings. You may have Worn or Broken Piston Rings or, the head gaskets may be busted.

    I apologize for the confusion.

I have a gas smell in my oil on my 1995 Mustang GT 5.0. It is milkly

if its a petrol smell then maun suspect is head gasket leaking between a water port and a oil return gallery with the help of a piston hence the petrol as well ,without a complete strip down its impossible to say its between one and two or three and four cylinders or whatever if it was just water in the oil then its highly feasable its a radiator where the oil cooler is in the rad .But this smells of petrol so go the whole hog and pull the heads off

that little black piece of plastic is connected to you valve cover. most likely covered in oil that is you vent hose for the crank case you need the black tube and the rubber piece that connects to it from the oil fill neck. it is an easy replacement also will need a o-ring for the black plastic piece that goes down to the bottom of the block. Also look at the two vacuum lines going to the intake manifold most likely torn replace those that should help it your air filter is really dirty replace that a bad air filter Will kill your mass air flow meter and those are not cheap. only way to get rid of the check engine light is to have to code erased most parts stores have the ability to erase those. Good luck

The check engine light stays on my gas smells bad and my oil smells like fuel

You need to have the trouble code pulled so vehicle can be diagnosed. I suspect the engine is dumping fuel into the oil. If your fuel pressure regulator diaphragm ruptured this would give you the gas in the oil and a rich DTC. You could also have a coolant temp sensor that failed, making the computer think it's -40 degrees and commanding too much fuel-this too would make your oil smell like gas.
Trouble code would help in determining the cause. You can also remove the vacuum hose at the fuel pressure regulator-front left side of engine, on the fuel rail. It should be dry inside vacuum hose, if there is gas, the FPR diaphragm ruptured and more than likely that's the root cause of your problem.

Do i need to mix the gas in my 1988 ezgo

Most people do not trust the old oil pump used on the 3PG models, me included. Mix 50:1 and you can be sure that the piston and crank will not seize up.

Fuel in the Oil Pan

Obviously for some reason it's dumping too much fuel. Did they erase codes after changing parts? Are they sure they put proper part on?
Could one of the new parts be faulty, yes. Have it scanned again & see what it turns up. By the way, I wouldn't go too far without changing that oil, & filter, then monitor the level every day for increase in level, indicating fuel in there again. Good way to ruin an engine, running it with gas in the oil.
