If you locate blower motor wires test for voltage on lower fan speeds if no voltage re rmove the blower motor resistor and look for open or burn marks on it its usally located near the blower motor it will have three or four wires going to it.

Weak blower motor

Check good voltage and ground for blower motor. Actuators under the dash may be restricting air flow? High speed doesn't usually use a resister.
Check for hvac trouble codes, in my part of the country, some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free, if there are any.
If you think problem with blower motor, itself, replace it. Sometimes, you can remove blower motor, use jumper wires for voltage and ground, using inline fuse, come off the battery, see if it blows like you think it should?

I replaced the a/c blower on my 2010 Ford F150 XL truck with a blower from a 2012 but it seems to be blowing weak. Any suggestions as to how I can get it blow stronger?

it may be the incorrect blower motor as one may be full auto and other may be manual a/c also it is possible that the high blower resistor is burnt also

A/c will not blow on high

Could be the high speed blower relay. On most models the lower speeds are controlled by the resistor and high is powered by a relay.

A t600 kenworth 2000 model the blower motor only blows on high is it the resister

Yes - you diagnosed the problem yourself. The classic symptom of a heater that only blows on the "High" setting is a burned out/damaged or otherwise inoperative blower resistor.
Replacing the resistor should return the two missing blower fan speeds.

Why wont my a/c or heater fan come on?

When the blower works only on the high setting its usually a bad blower resistor which is right near the blower motor. now you say it would always blow high regardless of the fan speed setting that would indicate probably the climate control unit or a connector problem somewhere. finally it not working at all may be the climate control unit or connection went bad even further. it might have a blown fuse or a bad blower motor in addition to the climate control unit or connector problem .check for power and ground at the blower motor. the power is supplied from fuses and may have a relay also. the ground is supplied from the climate control unit and goes through the resistor to control the fan speed. good luck

The blower fan for the ac and heat is only blowing on the high setting. been told is a resistor possibly

Yes, if the resistor fails, the only setting that will work is the "high" setting, because that is the only setting that does not go through the resistor.
