Car goes in reverse, will not go in any forward gear. Local Ford distributer installed a new rebuilt transmission 23,000 miles ago.

I hate to say this but, your car has the worst transmissiom track record in the industry.
Although you may have just had it built 23k ago, it sounds like it just did it again. There are no quick fixes for that model. There is no computer connection or anything else that would be able to make it not pull forward. You have checked the fluid level, haven't you?

In turbo hydro 700 why would forward gears make the rear wheels go in reverse

Your differential is upside down. Ford model T's had the same problem. It was possible to mount the rear axle upside down which made the car go forward in reverse and backward in forward gears.

I have a 1981 ford f150 4x4 with a 302 engine An automatic transmission that works fine shifts properly going forward But when I put it in reverse I hear a clunk and sometimes it goes into gear and...

If the transmission was rebuilt 2 years ago the fluid and filter did not need to be changed. In a 1981 there are no trouble codes to retrieve so whoever suggested that is out to lunch, Unfortunatley you need to get the transmission rebuilt again, hopefully it gets done better this time. Using the dexron oil in Ford transmissions is something transmission shops do because they don't want to stock different fluids. While it's not likely that using dexron oil lead to the failure it would be better to use mercon or type F oil.

95 mustang v6 auto no forward gears but works in reverse had ****** rebuilt and same thing

Maybe your differential is shot and will only allow reverse spin or the transmission was not really rebuilt professionally. Was the transmission checked outside of your car after rebuild? Does your vehicle have a Powertrain Control Module (PCM)? Maybe the module went bad or faulty.

Manual transmission won't shift into reverse

Your reverse gear is worn down, unfortunately, you will have to get your reverse gear replaced, if the forward gears are working properly. if not, a new transmission (or rebuilt) will be necessary.
