Question about 2008 Mercedes-Benz Mercedes Benz C Class
You should be able to do that, but probably it will mean a 1/8th in jack in your dash that you attach your ipod to, and you will lose your disc changer in the process. This is a very inexpensive fix ($30 or so). There is also an expensive way to do it, which will give you full funcionality with your ipod, but it's close to $1000 and I didn't want to spend that much. I just did this with my 2000 ML320, and will soon want to do it to my 2006 C280 4Matic. I suggest logging on to the Mercedes Benz Enthusiast forum at:
http://www.mbworld.org/ and open an account, then punch in "ipod C320 retrofit" and other terms like that. This issue has likely been discussed on there (my ML question had complete instructions, which I can send you if you would like) and there are very helpful people who will do their best to help. It's a fantastic resource!
