I have a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager van. When I turn the AC on sometimes it will not blow out air. However, in a minute or two the air will start coming out of the vents. All of the fan settings work...

your fan motor might be getting ready to stop working, could be a loose electrical connection, you need to know everything that makes that circuit work, such as relays, fuses, etc., could just be some bad connection, there can be so many things that can cause this problem

Rear vent windows won't open

First you need to find out if there is power and ground at the switch if both won't work,if no power there then look for a blown fuse in PDC under hood. Check them all as it may be on a different circuit, also check wire harness from the door into A post going to under dash, over time with door opening and closing that harness has a tendency to break wires that may be the power to the switch or output to vent motors (inside the boot)

1999 plymouth grand voyager, the rear windsheild wiper will not turn on and the heat in the car won't work

the wiper could be a fuse or the wiring, the heat issue could be it's low on coolant?
