have you tried both the switches on pass side as well as the drivers. does the pass side work but not the drivers? do you like to drive and drink coffee if so your spilling coffee on the switches and coffee makes a film on the electric contacts and makes em not work. you need to remove the switch cluster and pop the buttons off and clean it , you tube it, or the drivers door wires from the door to the car frame are broken you will see a lumpy looking rubber boot from the door to the car when the door is open. if you carefully cut the boot open you might find broken wires
if key not opening than you have an internal problem which you need to open door and remove door panel go around and enter vehicle from passenger side and open door behind door panel are rods with clips that operate release their are also spring on latch itself but usually the clip breaks or becomes disconnected most auto stores carry a replacement clip

detected in self-diagnosis depending on control unit which carries out CAN communication.
This came right out of the 2004 titan manual don't think it's the answer you wanted to hear.
The locking mechanism is manufactured with carbon composite and plastic levers
that the door handles attach to. It is hard to tell what parts that you do need.
Remove the passenger side door panel. It will have some screws and maybe a bolt
on the inside handle. The panel has snap plug on it and they fit into designated
hole in the door. After getting the door panel off, be careful here, there are
sharp metal edges that can cut. There are some peep hole to see the rods and
connector inside the door. If the plastic hooks on the door locking mechanism
are broken. The hole door lock assembly will need to be replaced.
Try your local wrecking yards and tell them what type of vehicle you have and
year. Also, state what door it is and what you will need.
Now, if the interior door hand hook on the lock mechanism isn't broke off.
The get a cloths hanger and straighten it out and attach it to the opening latch
on locking mechanism. This will give you inside temporary handle, while you are
trying to fix the door. Safety. GB...stewbison
It may be the toggle switch, if the master switch does not open/close the window it may be the motor inside the door panel. you can replace this part from a nissan dealer or a "pull a part" junkyard. pop the door panel with a cruton puller or flat blade screwdriver, removing the screws in the armrest & door handle. you should see the motor inside remove it & put the new one in..
remove the inner trim panels , or access the light from the inside of the vehicle . thru storage doors in the back of the vehicle, look for wingnuts made of plastic and unscrew them. some cases require you to take spare tires out of those storage units on the inside of the vehicle. its also possible that if you raise the rear door, and look on the inside , righ by the light, sometimes there are retaining screws + THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel
and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and
disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door
