Is the fuel pump relay working ?
Are you loosing spark or fuel pressure ?
The engine computer must see oil pressure or RPM to keep the pump relay on.

1993 Buick Roadmaster keeps on blowing fuel pump/ecm in-line 20 amp fuse. Car stalled out in a parking lot, would not start, no fuel. Changed fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay. Found fuel pump/ecm...

Sorry to say it could also be a faulty ECM. The ecm uses circuit boards to provide grounds to a bunch of components and can short out internally.
Most of those components can fail and cause the same problem by causing a short "thru" the ECM. Things like injectors, O2 sensors, and so on.
I doubt you will find the problem without a book and some test equipment.

How do you replace the fuel injectors on a 95' buick roadmaste? new fuel pump, new ignition coil, and coil pack, water pump

The injectors, coilpack and ign. coil are all bolt on's just pull and replace part (disconnect battery). I would not recommend taking on the fuel pump and waterpump unless you are a experienced auto technician.

1992 Buick Roadmaster no power to fuel pump. New fuel pump and changed the ecm ...please help

Theres a few more checks But i'm sure you checked the fuel pump fuse already ..Use a test light and check to see if the fuel pump relay is getting power from the supply and from the Ignition feed. should be a schematic on the underside of the relay..if no power from the feeds check for a blown or rotted fuseable link or a maxi fuse..good luck

bosch plugs will not help. Air and fuel filter would help.. Plug wires and plugs should make some difference.
