Question about 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche
I have a 2003 1500 Chev. Avalanche. My front passenger window has just decided it doesn't want to go back up. (electric windows). Is there a way I bring the window back up by opening the door panel and doing something with the motor, etc? If so, how?(including how to remove the panel.)
It is the weekend and everything is closed. And to top it off, I was just getting ready to go to the cottage for some R&R.
The window regulator may have broken. If you can here movement inside the door when pushing the switch, chances are it's a broken cable. If not, it may be a stuck motor. You can sometimes free it up by sitting in the passenger seat, push switch to up, and while holding switch, slam the door closed.
