Replace($120) or repair D.R.L relay located under front dash above left knee and slightly to the left. Black relay box with green connector Model RZ-0089 made by MITSUBA of Japan.Push small square button in on the connector and remove. Then push black relay box up into dash slipping it off metal slide support not easy but can be done because of tight space.Pry open box with small screwdriver remove circuit board.Cold solder joints are at the base of all the 3 small relays on board ,go over all joints with solder iron reconnect and try before putting back in.

Its a light grey square box. U will either find it under the dash around the steering column or on the driver side up the inside fender area. Take it out and resolder all the hairline cracks and it will be good as new.

Excellent answer. Only one thing to add: I had to ask my auto-electric mechanic friend to find it for me, and it took him a good 2 minutes, then he had to unscrew the holding bracket to get the little box out from under the dash. His advice was to just strap it back up into that area, rather than screw it back in. I used zap strap, and it's working fine
BTW, he said usually people come in and complain that their daylight running lights are not working, but have no idea that their tail lights are also out.

No high beams, replaced both bulbs, daytime running lights will work sometimes and somtimes flicker, is it the DRL relay or the multie function switch.

the drl relay could cause the lights to flicker and possibly no high beams as the drl uses the high beam filament.also it could be the dimmer switch located at the base of the steering colume were the dimmer switch rod works the switch.
