Question about 1989 Chevrolet C/K 3500
No disc brakes back there...front shoes are usually about 1/4" inch shorter than rears. if they appear to be the same size it's possible that two fronts have been used on one side.etc. It likely wouldn't hurt anything but shouldn't be that way.
