Check your tenisoner pulley they have bearings in a coupl;e of them just wiggle them with the belt off if one of them move in and out they need to be replaced try all the pulleys even the water pump if you have any question plz write me rad64us@yahoo

If it whines when you don't have the a/c on it is probably the bearing in the idler.
