Question about 2005 Audi A3
My wife's A3 1.9TDI Sportback 2005 seems to drip fluid (doesn't seem like oil) from underneath the engine bay, especially in hot weather after she has used the car and had the air conditioning on full. Could this just be condensation dripping from the air conditioning unit or is it likely to be something else?
Dripping condensation from a/c evaporator core is normal. If it wasn't driping from there it would be all over the passenger side floor. While it's dripping, find where the drip is coming from on the firewall and remember where the drain hose is...They often plug up and knowing where it is will help you if it does.
