2002 dodge ram van 3500
Passenger power window will not go down
stopped working after iced up past winter
Divers side fine
took off panel and checked motor fine both directions
lowered window reversing the wires
Power window rolls up
no power when pressing down
No power at all to passenger window if drivers side switch is disconnected
Drivers switch has no effect either way when connected up or down for passenger side
Fuse and relay okay
is there an inline fuse somewhere or a fuseable link??
switch on both sides are fine, removed and checked them both with a meter I will check all lines coming into switch for power - wish I had a schematic for this because I do not know which ones are supposed to have power -

Passenger power window...
Hi..there is no problem with your motor. It is probably the
switch that might have got into trouble.check out the
switch.
try this out..
thank u..
kindly rate my response..
once you get the power through switch by unplugging it
and if both way works then the problem is due to the
bad switch.

These parts will need to come from the Dodge dealer so you just need to go down there and show the parts tech what it is you need and he will do the rest. Don't over complicate this.
Just pull the cover to your door panel off and unplug your wiring harness plugs on the cover. Make sure that the window is down all the way so that it can be moved with ease and just wiggle the window back into position and reconnect plugs and run window to see if its fixed
REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL TO GET TO THE WINDOW MOTOR. REMOVE THE CONNECTOR ON THE MOTOR. LOOP A TEST LIGHT FROM BOTH TERMINALS. WITH THE KEY ON AND BOTH SWITCHES IN PLACE, CHECK TO OPERATION OF THE SWITCHES. IF THE LIGHT COMES ON IN BOTH DIRECTION THE WINDOW MOTOR IS BAD.
THERE IS A CIRCUIT BREAKER BUILT INTO THE WINDOW MOTOR. SOMETIME HITTING THE MOTOR WITH MAKE THE CIRCUIT BREAKER RESET BUT THE MOTOR WONT LAST LONG DOING THAT.
ALSO TRY PULLING DOWN ON THE WINDOW WHILE TRYING THE SWITCHES. THE WINDOW COULD JUST BE STUCK. THIS HAPPENED TO ME.
