Hi..if you look at the portion of the lense that is closest to the
wheel, you will see a small tab.If you remove it gently, the screw
behind will be revealed.Loosen the screw and the assembly will
come out.

I read somewhere that you change the complete module. Check with parts store to see if this is correct.

Check your bulbs first. Make sure they all work. If the bulbs are all good replace the turn signal flasher and your problem is fixed.

Can you give me the steps to change the headlight bulb

You might have to jiggle the headlight while doing this, dust and rock particles get wedged in the tracks making it hard to slip out.

How do i change my rear indicator bulb in my 04 beetle?

open rear hatch and look strait down on inside boot well. the plastic trim has access holes that pop out on either side just behind the lights. pop out the access cover on the side with burnt bulb, then reach inside that hole and you will fins a large plastic "wingnut", unscrew it<careful not to drop it or you'll have to take the whole boot apart to retrieve it> after removing wingnut carefully pop out lens from outside , replace bulb and reinstall after testing
