1993 gmc Sierra driveshaft

Be careful with recovered units. make bloody sure that it has no kinks and not bent - look down the shaft and turn it. If the last one fell out, sounds like the previous joker used one that was too short different models of the same marque can have different lengths.

I'd be willing to bet your dash lights don't work either when you turn the headlight on.change the headlight switch, it has a short, it's only about 11 dollars at advance auto, and is fairly easy to replace. my 93 chevy did same thing, changed headlight switch, problem solved

GMC 1500 Series: 1993 Gmc Step side Radio trips out power windows and locks

The radio must have a dead short in it somewhere. This can happen over years of service and many bumbs in the road, something in the radio most likely is shorting out due to a loose connection either inside or on the back where it plugs in. try removing the radio and making sure all the plugs are in tight.

1993 gmc sierra k1500 5.7 V8, fuel system shuts down while driving. Have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel relay.

Check to make sure oil pressure switch is not sticking or gummed up and connections are tight. Your oil pressure switch is also a safety feature that will shut down fuel pump in case you're in an accident and/or rollover.
