Easy answer, all things connected to 20 can be shorting
the fuse blows, saving you of a fire.
but you can DIY,
you can , log in to alldata.com and read the wiring page.
fuse 20 in the PDC or fuse 20 in the JB.
at least tell if fuse is in the cab or engine bay, or i can not guess.
manual zone or auto zone option?
no matter the blower runs off fuse JB 7 not 20
and PDC 1.
JB20 runs the manual or az controller.
only, so pull its C1 connector, fuse holds?
good, if not bad harness.
say it holds, so pull all things connected to controller.
then see if fuse JB20 holds.
see heater here , wiring a/c heater....
see those fuses?
unplug all damper motors, many there are)
does that stop the blowing of JB-F20.
see page 8w-42-2 ,etc.

Look for a short on the LG/R wire coming out of the BOO (brake on/off) switch.

It sounds like the fuse is doing what it is supposed to do, and burning out when there is a short circuit. Check the wiring from the fuse block back to the lights and pay special attention to the trailer connection.

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Fuse 20 keeps blowing seconds after turning the ignition. I have tried leaving the blower off and tried disconnecting the blower, but neither helped. What could be the source of the problem?
