Are you sure the head gasket is ok? There's alot of things unanswered here so I can only go so far. Yes I am a certified nissan tech, but without some more info, dunno. Timing belt ok? If that went, there's the problem, plus I believe it's an interference engine, meaning the valves are now bent & the head might be shot as well.

My 2005 Nissan Altima will not turn over. It smells of gas & the spark plugs are wet. After it has been dried, it will start most of the time.

Sounds like a leaking pressure regulator, since one bad injector would only flood one cylinder.
Is it always getting spark to the plugs ? Keep in mind, once the plugs are fuel fouled they are easily fouled again.

My 2006 altima 2.5 dies and will restart right away but will die in a cuople of miles

You can rule out many things if it always starts up like overheating, bad computer (they usually flip out into shutoff mode), and not being flooded or starving for fuel because it wouldn't keep starting up like that. I'd say you probably have a bad sensor or going bad. Gives bad reading signals to computer and shuts it down. A shorted sensor will do this. Crankshaft sensor getting bad will kill car. Bad ASD relay or ground to it from computer will kill car.

03 Altima 2.5, Wont turn over on cold start

First, change the fuel filter, and make sure the lines are good. Check the intake manifold bolts for tighness, check all vacuum lines. Best to have it running, wiggle them around and listen for a hiss. Lastly, change idle control sensor, if the other suggestions don't make a difference.

My car turns off

this is your immobilisor and sounds like its malfunctioning, my suggestion is to time the exact time it takes for the engine to start again after stopping and if this time is the same everytime then this is the precise logic behind immobilising the car in case of theft as stopping the car before the perpitrator gets anywhere could be dangerous to owner. if not please advise.
