My cars cigerett lighter wires are not conected... i need to know what coler wires should hook up to cigerett lighter

    If you do not have those choices, then using a tester you need to find a 12v positive wire and a good ground spot. Finding these you can tie into the 12v wire for your power side and then the ground for your cig. lighter to work.

check fuse for that circuit in fuse panel.

The car cigerette lighter does not work how do i fix it i checked the fuse box but i dont know wut the cigerette lighter is listed under its a 2003 biuck rendezvou


your fuse #32 of 20amp is out under the hoodbox, replace with anotherone or the spare #67 under the hoodbox. =] problem solved.

The fuse in question is the "ACC" fuse and it is the 15A fuse that is third or fourth from the end of the fuse box that faces the side of the car (and it is under the dash behind the hood release). I've just had to replace mine several times in a row; you might want to check for a short.

Power Socket not working


check your fuse if thats good take a test light or voltmeter and see if you have any power to the socket. If you don't have power you will need to remove your radio and see if the wires are connected to the socket.
