You will have to remove door panel and disconnect switch in panel, set aside. look down on the bottom of glass you should see 2- 10 mm screws attaching the glass to window regulator/motor assembly once the 2 screws are removed you should be able to lift the glass. You would have to shim or block glass up.Im pretty sure this one is one of them you buy the motor assembly. If you see a wire cable coming out of a black plastic coating that is the problem but you can push window up as long as you find somthing to put inside door to block it.

SOURCE: passengers side window will not roll down - 323is

if the motor doesn't work even from the switch from the driver's side the problem is from the motor.
to replace it you need to take out the door panel:

take out the switch with a screwdriver
by that you can get access to one of the screws that hold the panel
take out the plastic caps from the lower area of the armrest, there are some more screws
take out the plastic trim from top of panel begining from the end of panel, and unscrew the 2 more screws
it should come out after doing all that
remember to disconnect the door latch cable and speaker wiers

SOURCE: One of the rear passenger windows won't roll up.

you can try to push the window up with you hands while someone pushes the window switch for it to go up. if that doesn't work you will need to take the panel off and look at the regulator. There are usually two to four screws and then the rest of it pops out. screws are in the hand rest and door hand, switches are clipped in and will have to be unclipped from the inside of the panel. Just be careful when popping of the panel. if the regulator is missed up a temporary fix is to push the window up and cut a piece of wood to hold the window in place until you can get the new part, a new regulator should cost no more then $200. It is not that hard to work on or fix. The hardest part is removing the panel. Hope this helped tim P.S. if you are able to push it up with out taking the panel off you can stick a screwdriver in between the window and the seal this should hold it in place.

The window regulator is bad. The cable is probably snapped and allowing the motor to spin freely without moving the glass up or down. Have the regulator replaced.

FIRST YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE REAR PASSENGER INTERIOR DOOR COVER TO GET TO THE WINDOW MOTOR. ONCE REMOVED LOOK TO SEE IF THE WIRE IS STILL CONNECTED TO THE MOTOR. IF IT IS, DISCONNECT THE WIRE. ***IF YOU HAVE A MULTIMETER(OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO DOES) WITH THE IGNITION SET TO AUX, OR ON IT DOESNT MATER, TEST THE POWER COMING FROM THE WIRE. IF IT READS 9.5-12+V, THE POWER IS GETTING TO THE WINDOW MOTOR AND STOPPING, YOU NEED A NEW MOTOR. IF THERE IS NO POWER COMING FROM THE WIRE, YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO A SHOP. IT IS NOT A FUSE SINCE ALL THE WINDOWS RUN OFF THE SAME FUSE AND RELAY.

**IF NO MULTIMETER IS AVALIBLE, TAKE A 12V POWER SOURCE (CAR BATTERY) AND RUN THE POWER DIRECTLY FROM THE BATTERY TO THE WINDOW MOTOR. IF THE MOTOR RUNS, BAD WIREING. IF THE MOTOR DOES NOT RUN, BAD MOTOR.

I have the exact same problem on a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004. The rear passenger window rolls down only from the rear passenger window and won't go up or down from the front. It has to be in the wiring because the problem was intermittent initially and a new window motor does the exact same thing. If you figured it out or have the wiring diagram please let me know.

Power windows roll down slowly

You can try a dry lube or lithium grease on the slow ones, but it sounds more like you need new window motors. Unfortunately Saturns are plastic cars, and... The window motors are not too difficult to change and it requires removing the outer door panel to make it easier to access.

The right rear electric window won't roll up all

the window regulator is going bad,it has a up cable and a down cable so I would replace it before it wont go up at all, they are pretty inexpensive around $70.00 at a decent parts house, its a pretty simple job, remove the door panel, locate window to regulator bolts.remove them, take glass out thru top, locate 3 bolts that hold motor assy. remove them take bolts holding regulator in place remove them, take motor and regulator out thru holes in door.you can do it! have a good day DB

Driver window will roll down but the passenger and rear wont

The first thing that I would do is check for electricty at the motors them sel and work your way back.If there is elec. at the window motor it's self susspect a motor problem.Remove the motor to see if it spins (but it dosen't me its good it could be week)next check for binding in the window mecanism.

Rear window on 1986 ford bronco

I had the same problem with mine and I drilled out the rivets holding the motor in. Have someone hold the window up when you do this so it don't fall. after you get it drilled and you can let it down you should be able to remove the window from the track through the panel. It has been a while since i had done it but the window motor was very reasonable.... make sure you are getting power to the motor before going through all of this because you might be able to put power to it and make it roll down.
