Question about 1999 Ford Taurus
I dont have an owners manual & just want configuration of the fuse box
I was having the same problem. I replaced the CTS, but it didn't help. If you're looking for the relay, it's on the extreame right lower corner of the power distribution box. Try disconnecting your two-wire connector from the temperature sending area. This might make your fans kick on.
