I took it to advance auto and they checked the codes and it said the 8th spark plug is misfiring with several probable causes..one being the coils packs (ignition coils). Where is the 8th plug located at? I don't know which plug is which just by looking at it..

Bad Valves

What sort of mechanic is that, that can't diagnose your motor
or the misfire

If they did a cylinder leak down test, you wouldn't be here, you would
know the valves are bad & the head would be off & out for repair

Car shakes and jerks

If it was a coil it would read "service engine" after about two weeks of driving. I would replace the motor mounts.

Engine light came on and said 8th cylinder misfire i changed spark plugs and ignition coil but still showing same problem

Could be a clogged fuel injector. Check all ignition connections to make sure they are clean and secure as well as the one for the associated fuel injector.

Check Engine Light On, P030x Specific-Cylinder Misfire Code A cylinder specific misfire indicates that either compression, appropriate fuel mixture, or spark is missing. Start with a visual inspection, looking for a vacuum leak near the cylinder and any sign of wear on the spark plug wire. Check the compression on the target cylinder to ensure that the engine is mechanically sound. Use a stethoscope to listen to the suspect cylinder's fuel injector. Listen for distinctive clicks and compare to another cylinder.

that code p0300 means your haveing a random muticyclinder misfire when your car stumbled and died it may have threw that code but it may be something else as the problem cars not smart enough to relize this it can be a faulty injector or one bad coil pack could be a cracked spark plug things have to be tested to determine the exact cause i had this same problem i i have a 2002 dodge intrepid it did the same thing as your car did
