Question about 1996 Acura TL Series
I need to find wheres the fuel pump relay on my 96 acura tl
They should be under the dashboard near the center console. You should be able to access it via a panel underneath the steering wheel.
As for testing the relay, if you run 12 VDC voltage and a ground wire to it you should be able to test it by putting the 12v to the positive terminals. You should get it moving by then. Another is to bypass the relay and have the pump connected directly to the battery and see if it runs.

This relay is located behind the dashboard's lower cover. It consists of two individual relays. One is energized whenever the ignition is ON , thus supplying battery voltage to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). This relay also supplies voltage to the fuel injectors, and power to the second relay. The second relay is energized for two seconds, when the engine is turned ON , to power the fuel pump.

Its physically inside of the fuel tank. You must remove the back seats to get to the little plate that has three screws and take that off to get to it
