Left side seat switch is available through your dealer or your wrecking yard Remove your right seat and disconnect the four wires. The seat switch will have seven wires same as the drivers side with the same matching colors Cut the wires and solder the red to red and son on Make sure you use electrical tape and leave enough space to pull through and reconnect !
A real easy fix !

Drivers seat in full recline position and will not

I would first check the fuse panel & see if fuse is burned out. The next thing I would check is the switch, wiggle it sideways, etc to see if the contacts are dirty. Last, these motors sometimes go bad, as mine did, so I got another seat for $50 at the wrecking yard & just exchanged it. There is also a slight possibility that the wire harness came unplugged under the seat or at the switch, but that is pretty remote. Rick

Passenger seat back will not move either direction

Motor on the seat may have gone out, contacts in switch got dirty or worn, or assembly reached limit and stuck. Try sitting in it pushing back hard and adjust. If not youll need to replace switch,b take seat apart to fix or replace.
