Remove the air conditioning compressor 98 rodeo 3.2 V6

I need to remove the engine in my 98 izusu rodeo with a 3.2 V6. I would like to pull the air conitioning compressor and leave it in the vehicle when we pull out the engine. There looks to be plenty of room with the radiator and fan out.

We need the sequence for a Head bolt torque on a 1996 Izusu Rodeo

For the V6 3.2L engine it is 6 - 2 - 3 - 7 on top, and 5 - 1 - 4- 8 on the bottom. These are M11x1.5 bolts and should be torqued to 47lb-ft.These bolts should not be re-used, only replaced.

The three M8x1.25 bolts on the left end are sequence numbers 11 - 10 - 9 from top to bottom and should be torqued to 15lb-ft.

Ho do i change the alternator on a 95 Nissan maximum V6.?not your normal swap out,! looks like i have to take out the radiator.is that so?

No, but you do have to take the fan and shroud off. then you pull the compressor loose and pull forward.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Remove the splash guard on the right side of the vehicle.
  3. Loosen the alternator belt idler pulley.
  4. Slip the drive belt off the alternator pulley.
  5. Remove the four air conditioning compressor mounting bolts.
  6. Remove the radiator fan and fan shroud.
  7. Move the air conditioning compressor forward.
  8. Disconnect the alternator harness connector.
  9. Remove the alternator mounting bolts, and lower the alternator from the vehicle.

My 95 Izusu Rodeo v6 3.2L has a lack of power and hesetates upon accelleration. There is no check engine light what should I check?

Could be that the catalytic converter is stopped up or the timing belt or chain needs to be replaced. When is the last time it was tuned up? May need plugs wire etc. Fuel pump may also be going out get a pressure gauge or have it checked for fuel pressure

Need a diagram on how to in stall a serpentine belt on a 99 isuzu rodeo v6 with air conditioning

Remove the upper radiator shroud. Remove the fan by undoing the 4 bolts that hold it to the water pump. Using a wrench turn the tensioner pulley hex nut to release tension on the belt. Remove the belt and replace with a new one. Refer to diagram for routing detail. http://www.fixya.com/support/r5914885-isuzu_serpentine_belt_routing_diagram
