We do not have this on our diagram in fuse box. The car is an SSEI. I don't know if that makes a difference.Where would the module be? Thanks for your reply!

Your signals are controlled in the Turn Signal / Hazard flasher module.

Check fuse HZDT/SG 15Amp fuse in the underhood fusebox.

If it is still good - the module has become damaged and needs replacement... for this there is no repair but replacement.

The turn signal flasher is integrated into the hazard flasher switch module. The flasher
module is for both turn signal operation as well as hazard signal
operation. It is removed by pulling out from dash. The hazard switch
module is a snap out, snap in component.
    Should be located :
Front seating area, passenger side, under dash,

    mounted next to glove compartment.
It should be one of a few little black boxes.
If you require additional help - wiring schematics, etc. just ask :D

if you get the part first - you can compare it... and this may be a dealer-only part - and they (parts department) will be able to tell you the exact location of the module (which one it is) from their service diagrams.

    Thanks for using FixYa!!

There is a module for the left, and right independently.
you may be able to swap them to see if the problem migrates to the left side too.

My documents do not give part numbers to tell if it is the same for both sides (should be).

If you can see behind the relay mount - the 2 output wires from the module are Dark Blue and Dark Green.

Im also pretty sure (based on the Schematics) - that the 15A fuse you should have checked is in the UnderHood Fuse panel - not in the rear.

CLICK HERE for the R/H Schematics if you might be able to use them.

If the right side works it's not your flasher, Its your left side bulb, either front turn signal or rear tail light bulb.

2000 bonneville turn signals not working

Looks behind the gloves box compartment there is an LCM module that controls the headlamps and lights, in general,
unplug the connector and you will probably find bad wires terminals that are burned. this is your problems with turn signals and headlights
hope it helps.

P0321 Spark Reference Circuit. The spark reference signal is used by the PCM to improve ignition timing accuracy during crank and at engine speeds of up to 1,200 RPM. The spark reference circuit allows the use of ignition control mode below 400 RPM, eliminating the need to utilize module mode during start-up, and also allows the PCM to calculate true crankshaft position in 1/6 the time that use of the fuel control reference signal would permit. During normal operation, the PCM uses the spark reference signal to control ignition timing until the engine speed exceeds 1200 RPM, at which time the fuel control reference signal is used. There is no connection to the TCS.
If everything checks ok then the PCM is defective PCM.

P0300 is a random misfire code, if you are not mechanically inclined the first thing i would do if you havent done so in the past year or more, is change the plugs and wires, a random misfire code can be caused by worn plugs and/or wires not firing properly. let me know if that fixes it.
