Electrical Probelm: 1997 3.5 Litre V6 NK Pajero (Montero) GLS

G'day! We've recently replaced 2 previously broken 12Volts 18Watts Cabin Lights on our 1997 3.5 Litre V6 NK Pajero (Montero) GLS and now works well, but as a result, we've LOST our Console Lights, Parking Lights and our Number Plate Lights all together! Can anyone please help us fix this problem. Cheers!
